Voice actors, Diane Havens and Kathleen Keesling set up this website as a public service for those who want to know exactly what the health care bill contains. To be for or against anything, it makes sense to have an opinion based on the primary source if at all possible. The bill is on the internet for anyone to read, but it is not surprising that few have read it.
To give people another option, and because we feel this is particularly important legislation, we are going to put an audio version up on the web -- hearthebill.org -- for those who might want to listen to it as they would an audiobook -- at the gym or on a long commute (after some very strong coffee, of course). Hard stuff to make sound engaging, but if anyone can do that -- it would be a professional voice actor such as yourself!
